Jen guiding a hands-on Spinal Flow session
Gentle spinal sessions

Spinal Flow.

Your body already knows how to settle — it has just been holding patterns long enough that they started to feel like home. Spinal Flow uses light, precise contact along the spine to help your nervous system let go and return to ease.

You don’t have to force anything here. We simply create enough safety for the patterns you’ve been holding to soften on their own.

Felt, not just said

Spinal Flow, witnessed.

When the session was over I felt really relaxed and open in my front body — and I had a really good night’s sleep after.

I felt lighter, with better alignment in my back, posture and head.

Seeing my posture change by several degrees was amazing — I wasn’t used to feeling that aligned.

Questions, answered.

What does a Spinal Flow session feel like?

Very gentle. You stay clothed and lie comfortably while I make light, precise contact along your spine. There’s no cracking or forceful adjusting — most people feel deep relaxation, softening, and sometimes waves of release.

How many sessions will I need?

Every body is different. Many people start with a few sessions to let the nervous system build new patterns, which is why the packages of 6 and 12 are popular. We’ll talk through what feels right for you at your first visit.

When are sessions available?

In person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Choose an option above to see live times and reserve your spot.

Is Spinal Flow a medical treatment?

No. It’s a gentle wellness practice that supports your body’s own ability to regulate and restore. It doesn’t replace medical, physiotherapy, or chiropractic care. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury, check with your provider and let me know beforehand.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, relaxed clothing you can move and rest in. You stay fully clothed for the whole session.
